Counselor's Corner

Ivy Archie is a proud native of Canton, MS. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Touglaoo College, a  Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Mississippi and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Administration and Supervision from Jackson State University. Dr. Archie has been counseling in Canton Public Schools for ten years. She is a National Board Certified School Counselor and certified ACT educator. Dr. Archie's passion is college and career readiness. She lives by the motto, "Working to Better ALL children." In the coming years, she hopes to see the district grow by leaps and bounds, preparing students for ALL possible post-secondary paths.
